Flight information is informational only

FlyghtPulse shows flight status, positions, delay-risk predictions, and recommendations compiled from third-party data sources and our own estimates. This information can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Predictions and recommendations are estimates, not guarantees. Always confirm critical details — departure times, gates, and connections — with your airline and the airport, and do not rely on FlyghtPulse alone when deciding when to leave for the airport or whether to make a connection. FlyghtPulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline or airport.

Your account

You sign in with your email address. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or violate others' rights using FlyghtPulse.
• Attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its security.
• Scrape or copy the service's data at scale, or resell it.
• Use the service to harass other users, including through friend requests or shared flights.

Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google, are charged to your store account, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Family plans use Apple Family Sharing.

Our content and your content

FlyghtPulse, including its design, software, and branding, belongs to us. You keep ownership of the information you put into the app. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

FlyghtPulse relies on third-party data and services. We aren't responsible for their availability or accuracy, and features may change or be unavailable if a provider changes or stops its service.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

FlyghtPulse is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed flights, missed connections, or travel costs — arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using FlyghtPulse and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app. Continuing to use FlyghtPulse after a change means you accept the updated terms.
